On July 22, at our congregational meeting we will be voting to affirm Fred Zandstra and Jim Molyneux to the office of Elder.
We will be voting to affirm Grant Hintz and Adlai Brown to the office of Deacon.
If there are any members who would like to vote but are unable to attend the meeting, you can submit an absentee ballot. The absentee ballots are available in the Council room. Take one and after voting please put it in a sealed envelope with your name on it and put it in the Elders box.
If you have any questions concerning either the voting to affirm or the names of those who are standing for office, please see your elder or the pastor.
The LOGOS 2019 Young Adults Conference is scheduled for August 7-10 at Potter’s Ranch located in Union Kentucky, D.V. Our keynote speaker will be Rev. Tim Scheuers, who serves the First URC in Chino, CA. His theme will be “Inerrant or Not?” Cost will be $290 per person for the program only, with the day away option being the nearby Ark Encounter for a discounted additional fee (for only $30!). Online registration is now open at reformedyouthservices.org. The LOGOS conference is open to adult singles ages 18-30 in college or working. Registration closes on July 15!
